Spirit Ice Vice Presents Fall-Themed Signature Cocktails

Spirit Ice Vice Signature Cocktail

As the weather turns colder and the leaves on the trees change colors, it’s time to celebrate fall with family and friends. The Spirit Ice Vice from Spirits On Ice is the perfect tool for restaurants, bars, and home mixologists, creating perfect ice balls for stylish drinks that evoke the autumn months. Take a look at some of the best fall-themed signature cocktails, brought to you by the Spirit Ice Vice ice ball press.

Apple Butter Old Fashioned

Rather than a standard Old Fashioned, spice it up with flavors of fall. Mix two ounces of bourbon, one ounce apple cider, the juice from ½ a lemon, one tablespoon apple butter, and a few splashes of ginger beer as a topping. Pour over an ice ball. Add a dash of orange bitters, and then garnish with a few thin apple slices and a cinnamon stick. A perfectly round ice ball from the Spirit Ice Vice keeps this drink cold and refreshing.

Caramel Apple Hard Cider

Instead of standard hard cider, make it with a twist. Combine two ounces of vodka, two ounces of apple cider, two tablespoons of caramel syrup, ¼ teaspoon of cloves, and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon. Pour over an ice ball made in the Spirit Ice Vice to keep this drink chilled, garnish it with apple slices, and line the rim with brown sugar for an extra flavor of fall.

Pumpkin Spice Moscow Mule

Shake together two to four ounces of vanilla vodka, depending on how strong of a drink you want, one tablespoon of pumpkin puree, ¼ teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice, and a squeeze of lime juice. Pour over an ice ball from the Spirit Ice Vice and then add a bit of spicy ginger beer to bring all the flavors together. You’ve got a hard drink that tastes like a pumpkin pie.
