Cancellations

If, for some reason you need to cancel your order, please email info@spiriticevice.com within 24 hours of placing your order to receive a full refund. Once an order is processed you will not be able to cancel your order. This also applies to all customized units.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order or your item is damaged, please contact us at info@spiriticevice.com and we will assist with your return or replacement.

Standard Units

If not completely satisfied with your Spirit Ice Vice® unit, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If you receive a damaged or defective Spirit Ice Vice® unit, due to either shipping or manufacturing, the unit will be replaced at no additional cost to you.

Custom Units

For all custom anodized colors, PMS matching, and customized logo/laser etched units, we are unable to issue a refund for customized units.

For custom anodized colors, PMS matching, we cannot guarantee exact matches among anodized colors. Anodizing within one or two shades of a specific PMS color is deemed industry standard. We work for as much consistency as possible, but there may be slight color shifting during production runs and between separate production runs. Especially small color runs.
