Jekyll & Gin Glowing Cocktail

Mix together:

  • 3 ounces gin
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grenadine

Pour into a glass containing a Spirits On Ice 2-½ inch ice ball. Add a straw that glows in the dark. This drink glows with a bright purple hue in blacklight!

Black Magic Margarita

Create a traditional margarita with a spooky twist! First, rim a margarita glass with black sanding sugar.

Combine:

  • 2 ounces silver tequila
  • 1 ounce triple sec
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • Red, blue and green food coloring until you achieve a dark black color

Pour over a Spirits On Ice perfectly round ice ball to maintain the chill. Consider adding a small amount of dry ice to create a smoking special effect.

Color-Changing Margaritas

Create the same type of margarita as you did for the black magic recipe, only this time leave out the food coloring. Make some Spirits On Ice ice balls with colored fruit juices to create color and flavor changes as your customers sip on their margaritas. Cranberry juice or fruit punch is great for red ice balls, grape juice for purple, and orange juice for orange. Experiment with these juices until you get the perfect amount to make into ice balls with a quick chill and slow melt.

Sweet Poison

This signature cocktail also looks great under black light, and it tastes great when chilled with an ice ball made by the Spirit Ice Vice!

Mix:

  • 1 ounce light rum
  • 2 ounces coconut rum
  • 1 ounce blue Curacao

Pour this mixture over the ice ball. Fill the rest of the glass with pineapple juice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Swamp Thing

A spooky green cocktail that’s a tasty twist on the classic Bloody Mary.

Blend in a blender:

  • 4 ounces vodka
  • Four medium tomatillos (3.5 ounces)
  • Two cucumbers, peeled and chopped
  • Two celery stalks
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • One small jalapeño pepper, seeded
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon pepperoncini brine
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of salt

Pour into four separate glasses, each with a Spirit Ice Vice ice ball to chill the mixture. Swamp Thing looks green, tastes divine, and goes perfectly with your spooky Halloween-themed party!
