Irish Whiskey Old Fashioned

For those who love a good Old Fashioned, this is a great alternative. The elderflower cordial gives a bit of ‘spring’ taste to the drink. The Sauternes is a crisp, refreshing white wine to complement the rest of the ingredients. And the best part? There’s no luck needed to make this one delicious.

  • 40ml Irish Whiskey
  • 10ml Elderflower Cordial
  • 10ml Sauternes
  • 1 Spirits On Ice Ice Ball
  • Lemon Zest to Garnish

Put all of the ingredients except lemon zest in your tumbler and stir to combine and dilute. Pour into glasses, each with a Spirit Ice Vice ice ball to chill the mixture. Garnish with the lemon zest to serve.

Green Apple Prosecco and Punch

Everyone loves a good punch. This is fruity and refreshing, offering a high five to warmer weather on the horizon.

  • 400ml Cloudy Apple Juice
  • 200ml Vodka
  • Juice of Two Lemons
  • 750ml Prosecco
  • 1 Spirits On Ice Ice Ball
  • 1 Green Apple, Finely Sliced
  • 1 Lemon, Sliced

Pour the apple juice, lemon juice, and vodka into your punch bowl and allow to chill for one to two hours. When it’s time to serve, add the prosecco and pour the mixture over a Spirit Ice Vice ice ball before adding the apple and lemon slices to garnish.

Shamrock Sour

The Irish might claim to have invented Irish whiskey, but Americans lay claim to this little sipper. As green as the Emerald Isle, this is sure to please every partygoer.

  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • ½ Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • ¼ Cup Simple Syrup
  • 2 Ounces Irish Whiskey
  • 1 Drop of Green Food Coloring
  • 1 Lime Wedge for Garnish

Combine ingredients and shake well. Strain over a Spirit Ice Vice ice ball. Garnish with a lime wedge.
