The night before you make any of these beautiful cocktails, add water with a few rose petals to some Spirits On Ice hexagonal ice molds. When you make the ice balls on Valentine’s Day, there will be real rose petals in them (just don’t drink them).

Moonlighter

When the moon hits your eye… you get a moonlighter. This is a bubbly and fruity cocktail with an exotic kick.

Mix:

1.5 ounces of vodka

¾ ounce chamomile-lavender syrup

¾ ounce fresh lemon juice

½ ounce Cocchi Americano rose wine

Split evenly into two sturdy cocktail glasses over a Spirits On Ice ice ball, and add 1 ounce of soda water to each glass for effervescence. Garnish with a lemon twist and fresh lavender sprigs for splashes of color.

Love Potion

It’s not number nine, but this love potion combines three simple and distinct tastes. Elderflower has a sweet and musky flavor, and the gin won’t overpower the concentrated liqueur.

Combine:

3 ounces gin

1 ounce lime juice

1 ounce elderflower liqueur

Pour over a flower-infused ice ball before topping with 6 ounces of rose champagne in a cocktail glass. Enjoy!

Sherry Cobbler Spritz

Our sherry cobbler spritz blends the tartness of berries with a touch of sweetness. Muddle four raspberries and two blackberries together.

Then add:

3.5 ounces sherry

½ ounce lemon juice

½ ounce simple syrup

Strain through a mesh strainer (to remove the berry pulp), and pour over a Spirits On Ice 2-½ inch ice ball. Consider adding a splash of your favorite pomegranate juice, soda, or even beer to darken the red color and add effervescence. Garnish with blackberries, raspberries, a lemon wheel, and a few mint sprigs. This pink-red drink creates a taste of spring!
